Torcon's approach to managing projects is designed to be extraordinarily responsive to the needs of each client.

Our People: The front line of Torcon's project management program is the expertise of our professional staff. Every project undertaken by Torcon receives dedicated top-management attention through the assignment of a senior-level Torcon project executive with at least 25 years of experience. Preconstruction services are provided through Torcon's centralized group of specialists. Construction activities are managed by full-service teams on site that include engineers, superintendents and MEP and safety specialists.

The Technology: Another crucial project management strength that Torcon employs is the ability of our professionals to adapt innovative project control technology to our clients' projects. We are standardized on Meridian Systems' Prolog Manager, which is accessible through The Cram Group’s internet based ProjectXnet portal solution. ProjectXnet provides the benefits of the Internet coupled with the power and effectiveness of Prolog Manager. We also utilize Primavera Project Planner on all projects and AutoDesk’s Navisworks for BIM coordination.

Prolog and P6 systems, as well as our CMiC-based financial controls, are fully supported by dedicated specialists within Torcon to assist in issue resolution, customized report writing and training.
