New Projects
- Expansion to a bulk staging area for the installation
of a new oral solid dosage pilot plant. The expansion consists of
a three-story building with non-production space in the first floor,
a manufacturing suite on the second level, and a mechanical penthouse.
This annex will house a high containment blending system. The scope
includes installation of API holding tanks, a vacuum transfer system,
and blending equipment.
- Consolidation of API bulk chemical manufacturing
sites –including
the transfer of four API products from two different sites into
an existing bulk chemical plant. This scope also includes the installation
of new isolation capacity equipment in a building expansion to
replace existing equipment with state-of-the-art process equipment.
In addition, a new USP water generation, storage and distribution
system will be installed to support organic synthesis manufacturing
process and equipment cleaning in three production buildings.
- Reconditioning/refurbishing
of fire protection water storage tanks providing repairs to the
existing tank shell and structural members, and replacement of
tank top cover.
- Parenteral manufacturing expansion adding a production
cell (FISOLYO) that is self-contained by means of new isolation
barrier technology. This scope includes a chiller building with
three cooling towers and four chillers, a continuous power supply
(CPS) or rotary wheel, and renovated space for pharmacy and gowning/degowning
areas.
