Torcon's corporate culture has resulted in client loyalty earned through performance over the past four decades. More than three-quarters of the company's projects are completed for existing clients.

This tradition is one the company has been able to successfully replicate in both its regional offices. Torcon's Puerto Rico operations, established in 1998, are based in Metro Office Park, Guaynabo. The office has a staff of more than 40 engineers and construction professionals-full-time residents of Puerto Rico-who offer extensive on-island experience in pharmaceutical and medical device facility construction. Our team has successfully integrated the corporate objective of Absolute Client Satisfaction into local operations.

Torcon has provided preconstruction and construction phase services to customers on more than 70 projects in Puerto Rico, which range in size from $5,000 to $150,000,000. Specializing in high-end technology-based projects for the pharmaceutical/process, biotechnology, research, healthcare and higher education industries. Torcon has been ranked as the second largest construction management company in Puerto Rico for each of the past three years.

The company's reputation for safety has been well-earned and has been reinforced in Puerto Rico. Torcon is the only company to ever earn a Guanin Award for construction safety excellence in Puerto Rico-we have two! Guanin is the highest honor in PROSHA's Voluntary Protection Program (VPP). Torcon has also received the Puerto Rico AGC Safety Award in each of the past four years, becoming the only construction manager to achieve a Gold Level rating in the AGC/PROSHA/OSHA safety partnership program.
