Info for Contractors

Torcon subcontracts all trade work on its projects, utilizing only top quality, responsive contractors. The company employs a formal, centralized prequalification process that evaluates experience, resources, performance and safety.

The first step in being considered for work with any of Torcon's offices is to download and submit a completed Torcon Contractor Questionnaire form. Submittal instructions are included in the Questionnaire. After a review of your information, additional information may be requested. The next step in the subcontractor evaluation process will also include completion of a detailed safety form.
