• 10+ years experience
• Expertise in construction project controls
• Strong knowledge of Primavera and MS Project
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and ability to work directly with clients
• Red Bank/HQ-based position
• Department head with staff management responsibilities

Site Safety Manager:

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
• Proven record in accident/incident reduction
• Possess a thorough knowledge of OSHA standards
• Experience in OCIP/CCIP and OSHA VPP a plus

Assistant Site Safety Manager:

• 3 years of construction safety experience
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Outreach Certificate
• Knowledge of OSHA standards

Project Engineer:

• 4 to 7 years experience
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management,, Construction Technology or equivalent experience
• Experience in shop drawing/submittal administration
• Ability to coordinate resolution of field issues with design professionals
• Experience with Prolog Manager a plus

Superintendents:

• 5 to 15 years experience
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Experience in all phases of construction
• Ability to establish and maintain comprehensive construction schedules
• Ability to schedule and coordinate daily subcontractor activities
