Field Superintendent:

Position requires an individual with 10+ years of experience in the construction industry. The Superintendent will be responsible for coordination of all field activities on a daily basis. Individual must be a self starter, capable of planning, managing and documenting the project activities. Assignment may be part of a larger project team or individual assignment on a smaller project.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Education and various commercial projects is required
• Minimum 30 hour OSHA training
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, Construction Technology or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working skills with standard business software (MS Office Suite).
• Experience with Prolog Manager a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
• Must be personable and capable of direct client interaction.

Energy Services Superintendent:

Position requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience in the solar energy or power generation industry. The Superintendent will be responsible for coordination of all field activities on a daily basis. Individual must be a self starter, capable of planning, managing and documenting the project activities. Assignment may be part of a larger project team or individual assignment on a smaller project.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in Solar PV Installations and Energy-related projects
• Minimum 30 hour OSHA training
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, Construction Technology or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working skills with standard business software (MS Office Suite).
• Experience with Prolog Manager a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments as well as work in a standalone role.
• Must be personable and capable of direct client interaction.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• EPC Review and Support of Scheduling, Design Review and Subcontractor Selections
• Coordination of Construction Permits, Interconnection Applications and all site inspections
• Daily Field Reporting and Monthly Progress Reports
• Coordination and Logistics of Materials
• Schedule Updates
• Final Interconnection Inspections and turnover to O&M Services

Project Engineer:

Position requires an individual with 4+ years of experience in the construction industry. The Project Engineer will be responsible for the review and processing of contract submittal requirements, coordination of trade shop drawings, review and tracking of Request for Information, Material Expediting and Management and all other typical Engineering activities. The Project Engineer will interface with the Project Team, Subcontractors and Owner Representatives and have the ability to coordinate the resolution of field issues with these team members. The Project Engineer will be responsible for all Engineering Reporting and Tracking.

Position Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, Construction Technology or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working skills with standard business software (MS Office Suite).
• Must be able to use Prolog Manager.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
