Project Engineers:
- 4 to 7 years experience
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, Construction Technology or equivalent experience
- Experience in shop drawing/submittal administration
- Ability to coordinate resolution of field issues with design professionals
- Experience with Prolog Manager a plus
- Experience in pharmaceutical-industry projects a must
- Bi-lingual and local resident
Superintendents:
- 5 to 15 years experience
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management,, or equivalent experience
- Experience in all phases of construction
- Ability to establish and maintain comprehensive construction schedules
- Ability to schedule and coordinate daily subcontractor activities
- Experience in pharmaceutical-industry projects a plus
- Bi-lingual and local resident
Mechanical/Electrical/Controls Superintendents:
- 5 to 15 years experience
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical laboratories and process systems
- Experience in managing development of detailed mechanical coordination drawings
- Experience in start-up and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to schedule and coordinate subcontractor activities
- Bi-lingual and local resident
Project Controls Engineers:
- BS in Engineering (EIT or PE License and member of CIAPR) or construction related field
- Minimum five (5) years experience in construction project controls, pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to accurately forecast cost and schedule
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work with minimum supervision and self-starter
- Bi-lingual and local resident
- Computer literacy (MS Office & Primavera Project Planner)
