Torcon Ranked as Region's Sixth Largest Construction Management Firm

When Torcon's Philadelphia headquarters was founded at the Navy Yard in 2006, we felt we offered clients something pretty unique --  the high level of service and attention that comes with being a family-owned business and the technical resources to handle a wide range of projects. We dedicated ourselves to hiring the best and brightest, with deep roots in the surrounding region, and we have been fortunate to work with wonderful clients who share our passion for professional excellence.

That's why, a little over a decade later, it's gratifying to see Torcon rank as the 6th largest construction management firm in the Philadelphia region, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal's annual Book of Lists. While it's certainly a testament to the great work of the entire Torcon team, it's also a reflection of the incredible design, engineering and building professionals we have the privilege to partner with on each project.

Coming off a banner year, Torcon has hit the ground running in 2017, with projects underway at Villanova University, University of Pennsylvania, Uncommon Schools, Cooper University Hospital, Jefferson Health, Magee Rehabilitation Hospital, Bristol-Myers Squibb and many more.

More than most industries, construction success is built upon teamwork and collaboration. We would like to thank and express our sincere gratitude for the many people, brands and institutions that have been integral to Torcon's growth in Philadelphia.
