Torcon, Inc. Awarded Two Projects by Meridian Health System
Torcon, Inc. has been selected by Meridian Health System to provide construction services at both Ocean Medical Center in Brick, N.J. and Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin, N.J. Both projects involved new and expanded emergency facilities.

Torcon Energy Services to Enter Joint Venture for Development of 4 MW Solar PV System

West Long Branch, New Jersey- Monmouth University has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement with Torcon Energy Services (TES) to develop rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on seven buildings located on the school's West Long Branch campus.

State-of-the-art Critical Care Building Opens at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center
St. Joseph’s Healthcare System recently opened its state-of-the-art, $120,000,000 Critical Care Building (CCB) on the campus of St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, NJ. The CCB was designed by architecture firm Francis Cauffman with Torcon as construction manager.

New Jersey Business and Industry Association Breaks Ground on New Headquarters
The New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA) held a groundbreaking ceremony in October for its new 23,000 square-foot headquarters in downtown Trenton. Forty employees will work in the new building, which is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2013.

Manhattan/Torcon Tops Out U.S. Department of Defense Biocontainment Facility
On September 22, 2011, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Manhattan/Torcon building team celebrated the “Topping Out” of the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) Replacement facility at Fort Detrick, Maryland. USAMRIID is the largest, most complex biocontainment facility ever designed for the U.S. Department of Defense. The joint-venture team of Manhattan Construction Co. of Washington, D.C. and Torcon, Inc. of Red Bank, N.J. is constructing the $518 million project.
