1603 Solar PV Grant Program Extended
On December 17, 2010, the 1603 Treasury Grant Program (TGP) applicable to renewable energy was extended for one year as part of the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010 (the "Tax Relief Act"), signed by President Obama.

"Pay for Performance" Program Pays Real Dividends
Introduced by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU) in early 2009, the Pay for Performance (P4P) program takes a thorough, whole-building approach to saving energy in existing facilities allowing incentives to be earned that are directly linked to the savings. The program is intended for large commercial or industrial facilities, including hospitals, hotels and casinos, large office buildings, multi-family buildings, supermarkets, manufacturing facilities, schools, shopping malls, and restaurants.
