LaGuardia Air Traffic Control Tower
Construction of a 232 foot, 19-story Air Traffic
Control Tower with an attached two-story administrative base
building and an environmental support building. The administrative
building will house sensitive FAA electronic equipment, monitoring
and control systems equipment, administrative office areas,
and ancillary support spaces. The ATCT will be constructed using
a cast-in-place and precast concrete structure with steel framing
in the upper half of the tower.
