New 2.2-million-square-foot, 55 gate American Airlines terminal on a 42-acre site behind the existing terminals. The terminal was constructed in 17 phases to allow continued airport operations. The finished terminal has three primary levels: one for arrivals and baggage handling; one for departures; and one for clubs, lounges, and offices.

There is a new two-level roadway to provide separation between arrivals and departures, each level with 1,200 linear feet of curb space. The building's four concourses — three extending from an central terminal area and one connected to the terminal by a 320-foot underground tunnel with moving walkways — will process 14 million passengers a year – an average of 40,000 a day.  Approximately 110,000 square feet is devoted to concession space, creating a virtual mall for shops, restaurants and other retail outlets, in addition to the two Admirals Clubs.  Other elements include aprons and taxiways, fuel transmission and hydrant systems, and elevated and at-grade roadways.

A two-level mall expansion to one of New Jersey's premier shopping centers.  The project includes a new mall entry, expanded food court area and additional truck loading.  The new 155,500 sq. ft. second level construction includes a 95,000 sq. ft. movie theatre complex and 61,500 sq. ft. of tenant space and common mall area. The addition sits atop a covered parking area. The project also includes extensive site reconfiguration including parking areas, relocation of utilities and new emergency response/command center. Work is being completed in multiple phases to avoid disruption during peak shopping times.

Construction of a 232 foot, 19-story Air Traffic Control Tower with an attached two-story administrative base building and an environmental support building. The administrative building will house sensitive FAA electronic equipment, monitoring and control systems equipment, administrative office areas, and ancillary support spaces. The ATCT will be constructed using a cast-in-place and precast concrete structure with steel framing in the upper half of the tower.

Expansion and upgrades to operating enclosed 1.2 million sq. ft. regional mall. Includes renovation of the entire mall concourse area (120,000 sq. ft., of space on three levels.) Work includes new Grand Court with four new elevators, eight escalators and water features. Project also includes a new 380-car, 2 level parking structure with two connecting bridges to the Mall. Construction of a new two-story mall addition with 65,000 sq. ft. of GLA. New Bistro Row with six new restaurants in an outdoor concourse. Complete site redevelopment encompassing parking area and roadways, underground utilities, lighting and landscaping, plus construction of two new outbuildings. All work completed while maintaining normal mall operations.
