New 458,000 sq.ft./450 bed psychiatric hospital for the State of New Jersey. Green field site. The facility consists of ten interconnected buildings, including six, three-story patient wings, a central core facility and four support buildings with classrooms, a library, treatment /medical services areas, administrative facilities and an auditorium. New entry driveways, access roads, parking area and landscaping.

Construction of new nine-story patient pavilion with 308,000 sq. ft. of space. Includes 60 new patient beds on several floors; 50,000 sq. ft. of diagnostic and lab space; and a 32,000 sq. ft. surgical suite. The new building will provide space for imaging, non-invasive and interventional cardiology, a Cardiology Clinic, Cardiothoracic vascular clinics and labs, and food service. New central chilled water plant and expansion/relocation of existing electric and hot water infrastructure.
