Employee Service Building

A new 80,000 sq. ft. corporate facility designed by KlingStubbins, featuring a dramatic glass entrance and lobby with super-graphics. A new café, fitness center, company store and credit union will be added, as well as conference rooms and a learning and development center. The building will be LEED-Certified (Silver) with energy efficient HVAC, water conservation, and daylight harvesting techniques.  The project is a key element of the effort to revitalize Camden's Gateway District.

Genzyme Biosurgery
Office & Warehouse Expansion and Renovation

A new 49,000 sq. ft. office addition in place of an existing one-story wing. Three floors will be fit-out for office space, a new cafeteria, loading dock and other ancillary spaces. The fourth floor is shell space for future lab fit-out. The project also includes renovation of existing space to expand Genzyme’s GMP Warehouse and server spaces. The renovation work impacts 20,000 sq. ft. and will be phased to avoid disruption to the client’s ongoing activities. The project is designed by PS&S and has been designated a LEED project by Genzyme with the goal to achieve a "Silver” certification.
