A new, 23,000 sq. ft. headquarters office building in downtown Trenton. Four-story building plus full basement. Narrow footprint on a restricted site fronting on two city streets. Main floor lobby with conference rooms. Upper floors provide perimeter offices with central cubicles. Masonry façade with glass horizontal and vertical curtainwall accents and ornamental sunscreens.

A two-phase project to construct a new office facility for the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office. Phase I is a 28,000 sq. ft. prefabricated office facility, housing temporary court facilities. Phase II is a 100,000 sq. ft. office building that will house all functions for the Prosecutor’s Office.
