A 30,000 sq. ft. laboratory and support expansion intended to assist the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) in it defense against bioterrorism.  The addition includes over 8,000 sq, ft. of ABSL-3 support space; 2,500 sq. ft. of BSL-3 space and 3,750 sq. ft. of BSL-2 space. Constructed as an expansion to an operating research facility.

Torcon is CM for a consolidation program for Pfizer that will transfer manufacturing of four active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) products from other client sites to Barceloneta. Work includes utility upgrades, equipment relocation and installation, and building renovation.

Torcon is CM for a new bulk manufacturing facility in Danbury, Connecticut, that encompasses more than 100,000 sq. ft. of renovated space plus a major addition. The project includes extensive sitework, new process equipment, and new mechanical and electrical systems. MannKind will perform lyophilization, filling and packaging in this new facility.
