Torcon has worked extensively with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority over the past decade. We have been the construction manager for most of the EDA's most ambitious real estate projects—from multi-building urban developments to innovative biomedical research labs and biotech incubator facilities.

For the Federal Reserve Bank system, Torcon has also built a relationship based on performance. Our record of accomplishment includes a state-of-the-art operations center for the New York Bank, as well as headquarters and operations center facilities in Cleveland and Atlanta. The three projects ranged in size from $80 million to $150 million.

Our professionals have overseen the design and construction of corporate office buildings for Merck and Pfizer, and managed the phased facility upgrades for Schering-Plough and Wyeth facilities. In addition, Torcon has spearheaded training centers for Merck and the U.S. Golf Association.
