On Wednesday, Sept. 7, Rowan University held a ceremonial ribbon cutting at Holly Pointe Commons, a new residential building. Construction began in June 2015 and was completed just 14 months later, in time for the Fall 2016 semester.

Torcon Participates in National Safety Stand-Down Day

Torcon recently commemorated OSHA's National Safety Stand-Down Day at several of its job sites, including two of its largest projects, Holly Pointe Commons at Rowan University, and Bristol-Myers Squibb's Princeton Pike project in Lawrence Township, NJ.

Torcon Begins Lancaster Avenue Development at Villanova University

Torcon has been selected by Villanova University to provide construction management services for a transformative project along Lancaster Avenue. The development will revitalize an expansive parking lot into a vibrant campus hub featuring student housing, University-operated student-centric retail, a parking garage and pedestrian bridge.

Torcon To Oversee NJIT Wellness and Events Center

Torcon will oversee construction of a new 200,000 sq. ft. wellness and events center at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in Newark, New Jersey. The multi-purpose facility will provide the campus community with a modern space for athletic activities, entertainment events, convocations and professional meetings.

St. Christopher’s Critical Care Tower Completed

St. Christopher’s Critical Care Tower Completed

Torcon has led the construction of a multi-phase expansion project at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia for the past three years. Recently, the final phase of the $110 million project was completed with the opening of the new 135,000-square-foot Critical Care Tower.
